What most attracted me about Lingotot is the fun and interactive classes. What did you do before joining Lingotot? After finishing my studies I took the opportunity to travel to the UK to improve my English and learn about the British culture. Becki from South Tyneside Tell us a bit about yourself ¡Hola! Bonjour! My name is Becki and I live just outside of Newcastle. I love to take photos, I love being able to get lost in a good book and I also took up Salsa dancing in my final year at university. What attracted you to Lingotot? I liked the idea of teaching languages to young children. I have studied languages myself since I was 10 years old, so I know how difficult it is to learn when at an older age. I really think that what Lingotot does is amazing. It also gives me the chance to try my hand at running my own business, which is a nerve-wracking but exciting challenge! Where are your classes?
My classes will be in South Tyneside and will include areas such as South Shields, the Boldons, Hebburn and Jarrow.
What’s your favourite Lingotot song or story?
My favourite song would probably have to be I am the Music Man. It is such a catchy tune and everyone already knows it, plus with the actions it gets everyone up and dancing along too!
Ellain from London Tell us a bit about yourself My husband and I are both multi-lingual and live in London with our daughter, Ellie. What attracted you to Lingotot? The classes are much more interactive than the other language classes for toddlers and better value for money. What did you do before joining Lingotot? I was an Occupational Health Advisor advising on employees' fitnees to return to work after a period of usually long term sickness. Where are your classes? My classes are in Thamesmead/ Belvedere (SE London) area. What’s your favourite Lingotot song or story? I love The Three Little Pigs and how much the children join in, even in a foreign language! |
Joanne from Durham Tell us a bit about yourself My name is Joanne Daniels, I am a mother to 3 beautiful children. I am currently a Primary School teacher. I love to spend time with my family. What attracted you to Lingotot? I am a keen linguist having studied French and Spanish at University and lived in both countries. I have also spent a lot of my teaching career delivering languages to young children and watching how quickly they learn through songs and games. Lingotot is the perfect combination of 2 things I love - teaching and languages! What did you do before joining Lingotot? I was (and still am) a Primary School teacher! Where are your classes?
